Spraying etching machine

A spraying etching machine comprises a machine body and a liquid drug circulation system connected with the machine body. The machine body is mainly composed of a cleaning area and an etching area in close linkage with the cleaning area. Spraying devices are arranged above the cleaning area and the etching area. A synchronous belt transmission device is arranged below a side plate of the cleaning area. A servo drive motor is arranged at the lower right portion of the etching area. A slide rail penetrating through the cleaning area and the etching area is arranged below the machine body and provided with a tray. Homocentric-squares waterproof grooves penetrating through the cleaning area and the etching area are formed below two side plates of the machine body. The liquid drug circulation system is mainly composed of a DA water tank, liquid chemical drug tanks, a corresponding pipeline, corresponding valves and corresponding circulation pumps. In the glass panel etching process, the temperature, pressure and flow of the liquid drug can be controlled in a full-automatic mode, double-faced waterfall flow etching is carried out on a to-be-etched glass panel, in the working process, manual operation is not needed, cleaning and etching are automatically finished, and the etching precision and efficiency are obviously improved.
