Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a reaction and filtration integrated device for a hydrogen peroxide hydrogenation section. The reaction and filtration integrated device comprises a back-flush tank and a reactor, back-flush solution in the back-flush tank enters the reactor in two or more ways, and two or more branch pipes mounted at the bottom of the back-flush tank are connected to a back-flush solution inlet of the reactor; the back-flush solution inlet and a hydrogenated solution outlet are formed in the reactor. After working solution, hydrogen and catalysts are added into the device, a stirrer is used for stirring the working solution, and a flow guiding barrel guides the working solution, so that a filter element inside the reactor is flushed in a cross-flow mode, the service cycle of the filter element can be prolonged, the catalysts and the working solution make full contact, the reaction rate is increased, and hydrogenated solution generated after hydrogenation reaction flows to the inner side from the outer side of the filter element. The reaction and filtration integrated device overcomes the defects that existing hydrogen peroxide hydrogenated solution filtering devices are large in number, complex in structure, large in size, large in occupied space, high in device investment and the like. |
