Zusammenfassung: | A horizontal conveying mechanism for building materials comprises a supporting part, two supporting beams, a horizontal-moving trolley, a driving mechanism and an air cylinder. The supporting part is fixed to the side wall, opposite to the opening of an elevator shaft, inside the elevator shaft, the two supporting beams are horizontally arranged in parallel, one end of each supporting beam is detachably connected to the supporting part in an overlap joint mode, and the other end of each supporting beam penetrates through the opening of the elevator shaft and then is arranged on a floor slab layer in an overlap joint mode. The two supporting beams are each provided with a gear rack. The horizontal-moving trolley comprises a flat plate and two trolley shafts, wherein the flat plate is used for placing the materials, the two trolley shafts are connected to the flat plate in a pivoted mode, the two ends of each trolley shaft are each connected with a gear in a key mode, and the gears at the two ends of each trolley shaft are located on the two gear racks in an engaged mode respectively. The driving mechanism is used for driving one trolley shaft to rotate. An air cylinder body is fixed to the flat plate, and a brake pad is connected to a telescopic rod and matched with a gear groove of the corresponding gear rack. The safety of building construction is improved. |
