The novel double-pump crossed pipeline brake system comprises an air compressor, an oil-gas separator and an air storage tank. The air compressor, the oil-gas separator and the air storage tank are sequentially communicated through a pipeline. Two outlets of the air storage tank are communicated with the inlet of a first air brake valve and the inlet of a second air brake valve respectively; the outlet of the first air brake valve and the outlet of the second air brake valve are communicated with the inlet of a first air booster pump and the inlet of a second air booster pump respectively; the outlet of the first air booster pump is communicated with a first pair of brakes located on the two sides and the inlet of a third four-way connection respectively through a first four-way connection; the outlet of the second air booster pump is communicated with a second pair of brakes on the two sides and the inlet of the third four-way connection respectively through a second four-way connection; the outlets of the third four-way connection are communicated with a third pair of brakes on the two sides respectively.
