The horizontal high-molecular-force chemical reactor comprises a horizontally-placed reactor barrel and an outer sleeve wrapping the reactor barrel. The reactor barrel comprises an inner barrel body and an outer barrel body. The inner barrel body and the outer barrel body are driven by an inner barrel motor and an outer barrel motor respectively to rotate horizontally and axially in the opposite directions. A ball grinding space is formed between the outer wall of the inner barrel body and the inner wall of the outer barrel body. A plurality of stirring arms are arranged on the outer wall of the inner barrel body. The outer barrel body is provided with a feed inlet and a discharge outlet. The outer sleeve is provided with a feeding opening and a discharging opening. By the adoption of the structure, discharging is easier, operating torque and noise of the motors are reduced, the service life of the reactor is prolonged, the material cooling efficiency can be improved, and the performance of mechanochemical reaction products is improved.
