The flow regulator comprises a cover, a base, a regulator plate, an outflow channel and a receiving channel. The cover is provided with a fluid inlet which penetrates into the cover. The base is arranged to rotate relative to the cover and is provided with a fluid outlet which penetrates into the base. The regulator plate is arranged to rotate together with the cover relative to the base and is provided with a plurality of optional rate control holes penetrating into the regulator plate and an inlet matching hole, and the inlet matching hole is arranged to be communicated with the fluid inlet through fluid. The outflow channel is arranged above the regulator plate and arranged to be communicated with the rate control holes through fluid. The receiving channel is arranged below the regulator plate and arranged to be communicated with the inlet matching hole through fluid, the receiving channel is further arranged to be communicated with at least one part of rate control holes except the selected rate control hole through fluid, and the selected rate control hole is communicated with the fluid outlet through fluid. |
