The power battery cooling system structure comprises a power battery box body, an electronic fan and two groups of power battery modules, wherein an air inlet and the electronic fan corresponding to the air inlet are arranged on the right side of the power battery box body; an air outlet is formed in the left side of the power battery box body; an inlet air guiding channel and an outlet air guiding channel are formed in the power battery box body; cell gaps are formed between cells of the power battery module in the box body; a sealed cavity channel formed by the inlet air guiding channel, the cell gaps and the outlet air guiding channel is used for communicating the air inlet with the air outlet. By virtue of the sealed cavity channel for charging and discharging air, the remarkable heat dissipation effect of the battery module group is realized; the heat dissipation of the battery module is uniform; the temperature difference among single batteries can be controlled to be in a range of 5 DEG C; the requirements on the safety, the reliability and the consistency of operation of the power battery are effectively ensured; the service life of the power battery is prolonged; the power battery cooling system structure has the characteristics of being simple and reasonable in structure, easy to manufacture and low in cost. |
