Zusammenfassung: | A photo-curing binding device for anisotropic conductive films comprises a control unit, a photo-curing unit and a hot-pressing unit. The control unit comprises a master controller. The photo-curing unit comprises a UV (ultraviolet) generator, a UV light source, a quartz glass base, a transparent conductive substrate, an anisotropic conductive film and a flexible circuit board. The UV generator is connected with the master controller and the UV light source. The quartz glass base is mounted above the UV light source. The transparent conductive substrate is placed on the quartz glass base. The anisotropic conductive film is placed on the transparent conductive substrate. The flexible circuit board is placed on the anisotropic conductive film. The hot pressing unit comprises a hot-pressing head which is mounted on the upper side of the flexible circuit board. The UV light source is mounted in an accommodating space, below the quartz glass base, of a position corresponding to the hot-pressing head. Ultraviolet light emitted out by the UV light source penetrates the quartz glass base to perform UV light irradiation curing on the anisotropic conductive film. The photo-curing binding device is particularly applicable to photo-curing binding between transparent conductive substrates and flexible circuit boards. |
