Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a high-pressure simulation and evaluation device of an iron oxide desulfurizing agent; the high-pressure simulation and evaluation device is characterized by comprising a raw material gas pipeline, a pressure gauge cock, a flat valve, a first pressure-adjusting valve, an iron oxide desulfurizing agent reaction tower, a first pressure gauge, a second pressure-adjusting valve, a second pressure gauge, a wet type flowmeter, a glass bottle, a hydrogen sulphide detector and a container filled with sodium hydroxide solution; the pressure gauge cock, the flat valve and the first pressure-adjusting valve are sequentially connected onto an output pipeline connecting the iron oxide desulfurizing agent reaction tower and the raw material gas pipeline; the output pipeline of the iron oxide desulfurizing agent reaction tower extends and is put in the glass bottle after passing through the first pressure gauge, the second pressure-adjusting valve and the second pressure gauge; the hydrogen sulphide detector is put in the glass bottle; and an absorption pipeline connected into the sodium hydroxide solution is also arranged in the glass bottle. By means of the high-pressure simulation and evaluation device, a plurality of iron oxide desulfurizing agents are simulated, and thus, preferable iron oxide desulfurizing agents have the advantages of being low in unit processing cost, high in sulphur capacity, sufficient to react and difficult to harden. |
