Zusammenfassung: | The utility model provides a mortar die plate system of a pot type rubber bearing. The mortar die plate system is positioned between a box girder and padstone. The mortar die plate system comprises a die plate and a vertical die plate supporting assembly, wherein the die plate is composed of four rectangular angle steels which are connected by end to end to encircle the pot type rubber bearing; vertical ribs of the angle steels are used as mortar side plates, and while longitudinal ribs of the angle steels are positioned on the padstone; the die plate supporting assembly comprises a lower screw, an upper screw, a rubber sleeve head and a medium spiral buckle, wherein the lower screw is equipped with a lower connecting ring; an upper connecting part of the upper screw is cut off; the rubber sleeve head fixedly sleeves the top end of the upper screw and is propped to the bottom side of the box girder; the medium spiral buckle is used for adjusting the vertical positional relation of the lower screw and the upper screw; the lower connecting ring is fixed to a supporting sleeve ring on the upper surface of the horizontal ribs through ring buckles. According to the mortar die plate system of the pot type rubber bearing, each set of die plates can be operated by one people; the manufacturing is simple and easy to be carried out; the wood can be saved; the recycling is ensured; the operation is simple and convenient, and thus the working efficiency can be raised; the supporting speed of the die plates can be effectively raised, the die erecting time is reduced, and as a result, the construction efficiency is improved. |
