The outer gear ring gear shaping clamp is composed of a pull rod, a plug block, a positioning sleeve and a base, wherein the base is mounted on a worktable of a gear shaping machine; a shaft shoulder is arranged on the upward end face and is used for mounting the positioning sleeve; the plug block is a double-section circular-platform-shaped cushion and opening grooves are formed in the end face; the opening grooves formed in the plug block are in a double-layered structure; the upper-layer opening groove is narrower than the lower-layer opening; the axial section of the lower-layer opening is a tapered groove with a large top and a small bottom; the pull rod penetrates through the base and a screw rod at the bottom section is connected with a power machine; the exposed end part of the upper end is provided with two shaft shoulders which are separated in the axial direction; the upper shaft shoulder is a cylinder and the lower shaft shoulder is a tapered shaft section with a downward conical angle; and the tapered shaft section is matched with the opening groove which is inserted into the bottom of the plug block in the radial direction to form an up-down follow-up structure. According to the clamp with the structure, a thin-wall outer gear ring is not subjected to the effect of a radial force in a positioning, clamping and gear shaping manner, so that the machining precision can be ensured, the deformation is not caused and the machining quality reaches the matching requirements of a saloon car transmission. |
