The bore hole rabbet comprises a rabbet step surface and a bore hole rabbet groove, wherein the inner wall of the bore hole rabbet groove is provided with an arc inner wall and a straight inner wall; the straight inner wall is joined with the rabbet step surface through the arc inner wall; the formed milling cutter comprises a cutter body, a plurality of main blades and side blades; the plurality of main blades are arranged at the front end of the cutter body; tool noses of the main blades are horizontally arranged; the main blades are used for processing the rabbet step surface; the side blades are arranged on the outer lateral walls of the front ends of the main blades; the tool noses of the side blades are connected with the tool noses of the main blades; the tool noses of the side blades are provided with arc tool noses and straight tool noses; the arc tool noses are used for processing the arc inner walls; and the straight tool noses are used for processing the straight inner walls.
