A hair washing machine mainly comprises a support seat, a rotation sleeve, a rotation shaft, a first ball bearing, a pipeline, an upper support seat, a second ball bearing, a basin, a cold and hot water mixing tap and cold water and hot water hoses, wherein the rotation sleeve is fixed at the central bottom of a cylinder of the support seat, the rotation shaft is installed in the rotation sleeve and rotatably connected with the inside of the rotation sleeve in a matching mode, the rotation shaft is provided with five ring-shaped grooves, three rubber seal rings can sleeve the ring-shaped grooves to form two ring-shaped water channels, one of the ring-shaped water channels communicates a first water channel in the rotation shaft with a connection end of a first water pipe of the rotation sleeve, the other of the ring-shaped water channels communicates a second water channel in the rotation shaft with a connection end of a second water pipe in the rotation sleeve, and a shaft sleeve lower portion of the first ball bearing is in clamping connection with the upper portion of the rotation shaft, so that a 360-degree rotation connecting mechanism consisting of two upper water inlet hoses and two lower water inlet hoses is formed. According to the hair washing machine, the basin can rotate 360 degrees or above around the support seat, so that persons sitting around the support seat to wash hair can be simultaneously cared, and use efficiency of the hair washing machine is greatly improved.
