Each twisted tinned copper-core conductor is wrapped in a fluorinated ethylene propylene insulating layer so as to form an insulating wire core. Multiple insulating wire cores are twisted to form a cable core. The cable core is wrapped in a wrapping layer. The wrapping layer is wrapped in an aluminum magnesium alloy woven shielding layer. A fluorinated ethylene propylene sheath layer is extruded on the aluminum magnesium alloy woven shielding layer. A gap between the cable core and the wrapping layer is fully filled with a filling medium.
