Zusammenfassung:	The utility model provides a display panel detecting apparatus and detecting system. The display panel detecting apparatus comprises a master control device and a visual inspection device. The master control device is connected with a display panel and transmits a preset control instruction to the display panel. The visual inspection device is used for capturing a picture of the display panel executing the preset control instruction in order to obtain a current image, and comparing the current image with a standard image corresponding to the preset control instruction in order to obtain a detected result. According to the display panel detecting apparatus, the master control device transmits the preset control instruction to the display panel and the visual inspection device captures a picture of the display panel executing the preset control instruction and performs automatic comparison according to the picture. Therefore, the display panel detecting apparatus thoroughly changes a conventional way that the display panel is required to be detected manually by workers and greatly improves detection efficiency. The display panel detecting apparatus is suitable for the detection of all display panels with display functions.
