The solar- and wind-powered refrigerating system is characterized by comprising a power supply system and a refrigerating system; the power supply system comprises a solar cell panel and a wind-driven generator which are connected with the storage battery through a solar energy and wind energy controller; the refrigerating system comprises a pre-cooling tank and a refrigerator, wherein the pre-cooling tank is connected with a milk refrigerating tank through a first pump; the refrigerator set is connected with an ice water storing base through a second pump; the refrigerating system is connected with the solar energy and wind energy controller; the refrigerator set, the first pump and the second pump are connected with an electric box. With the adoption of the solar- and wind-powered refrigerating system, the refrigerating efficiency is raised, and the energy consumption is decreased; the system is high in refrigerating efficiency, saves the refrigerating time, is stable to refrigerate, stable and reliable, and can supply power without connecting to other power grids; meanwhile, the green energy is utilized, and the energy consumption is reduced.
