Zusammenfassung:The utility model provides a water pump energy-conservation control device, relates to the technical field of water pump control of central air-conditioning control systems and aims to solve the problem of energy waste caused by unreasonable water pump output power. The water pump energy-conservation control device comprises a control cabinet, wherein a controller is arranged on a cabinet body and connected with a power supply through a power circuit. The controller is further connected with a frequency converter, a processor and an operation platform. The processor is connected with a water pump and a terminal through a collector, and the frequency converter is also connected with the water pump through a contractor. The collector collects information about indoor and outdoor temperature, water supply/return temperature and the working condition of cold and heat sources. The processor analyzes the efficiency of the water pump and estimates the optimum flow of a water pump system as well as the reasonable temperature difference and pressure difference of water supply/return, and further sets frequency conversion output. The controller controls the opening quantity and the rotating speed of the water pump so as to lead the water pump to reasonably cooperate with the integral power output of central air conditioners, and to meet requirements of the terminal and reduce energy consumption.
