Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a steel belt deviation-correction device used in an oriented silicon steel continuous annealing production line. The steel belt deviation-correction device comprises a bracket and two multi-roller edging devices which are symmetrically mounted at both sides of the bracket, wherein the surfaces of roller wheels of the two multi-roller edging devices are opposite and the distance between the surfaces of roller wheels of the two multi-roller edging devices is greater than the width of the steel belt. By virtue of the steel belt deviation-correction device, the damage to the device generated by the running deviation of the silicon steel belt on the continuous annealing production line or the fracture of the running strip due to running deviation can be effectively prevented; the deviation-correction device is simple in structure, stable, safe and reliable, the cost of the deviation-correction device is only 1/20 of that of a CPC (Center Position Control) device with a hydraulic device and the steel belt deviation-correction device can be popularized and applied in a large scale. |
