The system comprises a control rack, a control system, a cylinder, an electromagnetic valve, a gas pipe, an upper aluminum plate, a lower aluminum plate, a cooling pipe, a water pump and a water tank, wherein a display screen and buttons are arranged at the upper end of the control rack; the upper aluminum plate is connected with the gas pipe; the gas pipe is connected with the electromagnetic valve; the electromagnetic valve is connected with the cylinder by virtue of the gas pipe; a plurality of round penetration holes are formed in the side of the lower aluminum plate; the cooling pipe is arranged at the upper ends of the penetration holes; one end of the cooling pipe is connected with the water pump, and the other end of the cooling pipe is connected with the water tank; the control system is provided with a singlechip; the singlechip is used for controlling the water pump by virtue of a frequency converter and controlling the electromagnetic valve by inputting program. According to the intelligent annealing cooling system, water-cooling, wind-cooling and heat transfer principles are comprehensively applied with good cooling effect and small floor occupied area. In the system, the temperature of cooling water is stable, so that a stable cooling effect can be achieved without regulating the water inlet flow. |
