Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a tray mechanism for a winding shuttle-handling machine for fishing net threads. The winding shuttle-handling machine comprises a winding drive mechanism; the winding drive mechanism is used for holding a shuttle and driving the shuttle to rotate so as to wind a fishing net thread. The winding drive mechanism comprises a rotary shaft vertically arranged. The tray mechanism comprises a tray; the tray provided on the top of the rotary shaft is used for holding the shuttle; the diameter of the tray is greater than that of the shuttle; the upper end face of the tray is provided with a friction plate close to the center; the part, corresponding to the bottom of the edge of the shuttle, of the tray is provided with a magnet; the outer edge of the tray is provided with a conical face. The friction plate is attached to the tray; the shuttle is attracted onto the friction plate by attracting force of the magnet and rotates with a spindle. The conical face of the outer edge of the tray allows a thread to slip from the conical face to a groove of the shuttle while the thread is wound manually or through the rotary shaft, and winding success rate is higher. Since the magnet on the tray faces the bottom of the edge of the shuttle, the problem that the edge of the shuttle warps up, leading to a winding failure, during high-speed rotating can be avoided.
