Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a double-casting-nozzle structure for an aluminum alloy cast rolling machine. The structure comprises a clamp and two casting nozzle parts. The casting nozzle parts are arranged in the clamp and are arranged next to each other along the clamp width direction successively to form a multi-casting-nozzle structure. Each casting nozzle part comprises a casting nozzle upper leaf, a casting nozzle lower leaf, a left plate, a right plate, a bottom plate and wedge-shaped flow dividing blocks. The left plates and the right plates are arranged in a spread mode along the clamp width direction, and the right plate of the front casting nozzle part is next to the left plate of the rear casting nozzle part to form an isolation structure between the casting nozzle part. A plurality of the wedge-shaped flow dividing blocks are arranged between the left plate and the right plate of each casting nozzle part, and a passage is formed in the middle section of bottom plate of each casting nozzle part to serve as an only melt inlet of the inner cavity of the casting nozzle part. The structure can be used on large aluminum alloy cast rolling machines, and output of multiple small plates is achieved. |
