Zusammenfassung: | A screening and ore washing device for laboratories is mainly composed of a casing, a screening cylinder arranged in the casing, a cylinder shaft connected with the screening cylinder, a spray pipe arranged in the screening cylinder, a speed reducer connected with the cylinder shaft, an overflow pipe connected with the speed reducer, a gear motor base and a bearing base, wherein a gear motor of the overflow pipe is arranged on the casing. The screening and ore washing device is characterized in that a vane type ore washer, an ore washing speed reducer connected with the vane type ore washer, an ore washing motor connected with the ore washing speed reducer, and ore washer bearing bases arranged at two ends of the vane type ore washer are installed below the screening cylinder arranged in the casing; the ore washing motor is fixed on the gear motor base. At least three scrubbing strings in a curtain shape are connected at the spray pipe arranged in the screening cylinder. The screening and ore washing device can conduct ore screening classification and scrub surfaces of the ores to be cleaner, is small in floor occupation, high in test efficiency and easy to implement, and is favorable for guiding practical production. |
