Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a public broadcasting system. The system comprises a broadcasting host and an outdoor speaker. The outdoor speaker comprises a transparent shell and a bottom plate which are fixedly connected to form a cavity. A light emitting device is arranged on the inner wall of the shell. A mid-bass speaker is arranged inside the cavity. A bell mouth of the mid-bass speaker faces the bottom plate, which is provided with a plurality of through holes. A cylinder is connected under the bottom plate. A bass diffuser is arranged inside the cylinder. The position of the bass diffuser is corresponding to the position of the bell mouth. A plurality of sound outlets are arranged in the side wall of the cylinder. As the shell is transparent and the light emitting device is arranged on the inner wall, the outdoor speaker can be used for lighting. Arrangement of the mid-bass speaker and the bass diffuser enable the outdoor speaker to be used for long-term outdoor broadcasting without interference to the neighbors. Besides, the outdoor speaker is simple in structure.
