Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a waste cable stripping and classifying recovery device. A frame is sequentially provided with a first coiling roller, a second coiling roller and a third coiling roller which are driven by a variable frequency motor and a rotating shaft. A first positioning plate fixed on the frame is arranged before the first coiling roller and is provided with a first positioning hole. A first wire-stripping knife is arranged at an opening of the first positioning hole. A second positioning plate fixed on the frame is arranged between the second coiling roller and the third roller and is provided with a second positioning hole. A second wire-stripping knife is arranged at an opening of the second positioning hole. The first wire-stripping knife strips off an oversheath layer of a cable conductor, a cutting positioning pipe cooperates a small circular saw to strip off a metal layer of the cable conductor, the second wire-stripping knife strips off an inner insulation layer, the third coiling roller sends a copper core out, and the waste cable conductor is stripped off layer by layer and then fully classified and recovered, so that resource recovery is facilitated.
