An opening tray is disposed on a side of the base plate. The fiber-fusing chip is arranged on the inner center of the base plate. The base plate is covered with the cover plate. The wire sleeve is arranged on the right end of the opening of the base plate. The base plate is provided with a single-layer tray and comprises a tape-shaped splitter clamping area, the fiber-fusing chip, a storage area, an optical cable connecting area, a fiber blocking area, an adapter installing area, and colligation point. The 12-core single-layer fusing and matching integrated tray has beneficial effects that the single-layer structure decreases the number of components and reduces daily production cost and die cost; that in addition to an integrated tray, the integrated tray also can be used as a direct fusing tray or a terminal tray and is not required to be replaced with any components so as to really achieve multiple functions in one tray; and that only four dies of the base plate, the cover plate, the fiber-fusing chip, and the wire sleeve are required to be produced. |
