The non-contact ultrasonic sensing device comprises an ultrasonic probe, a plastic pipe, a fixing assembly and a data transmission assembly; one end of the plastic pipe is connected with the ultrasonic probe, and the other end of the plastic pipe is connected with a fixing base; a magnetic component is fixed on the fixing base; a data acquisition card interface is arranged on the fixing base; one end of a shielding wire is connected with the data acquisition card interface; and the other end of the shielding wire passes through the plastic pipe and is connected with the ultrasonic probe. The non-contact ultrasonic sensing device abuts against a metal shell of a tested sample, and the fixing base is adsorbed on the metal shell of the tested sample through the magnetic component, and then, whether the specific position of the non-contact ultrasonic sensing device as well as the bending direction and bending degree of the plastic pipe are adjusted continuously or not is determined according to measurement results, and therefore, the ultrasonic probe can be located at a gap of the tested sample, and thus, the position of the ultrasonic probe can be quickly adjusted, and the measuring precision of the non-contact ultrasonic sensing device can be further improved. |
