The turbine body is formed by connecting a turbine body upper end cover and a turbine body lower end cover in a butt joint mode. The turbine body lower end cover is provided with a water inlet, and the turbine body upper end cover is provided with a water outlet. A fixed impeller is arranged in the water inlet end. The middle portion of the fixed impeller is provided with an impeller shaft, an upper end shaft is arranged in the water outlet end. The middle portion of the upper end shaft is provided with an upper end installation hole. An insertion shaft extends upwards out of the impeller shaft of the fixed impeller. The magnetic rotor is provided with a rotating shaft and a permanent magnet fixed to the middle portion of the rotating shaft. The lower end of the magnetic rotor is provided with a movable impeller.
