The sealing mechanism body comprises sealing padding installed between the valve rod and the inner wall of the valve hole. The valve rod is sleeved with a padding gland. The padding gland comprises an abutting end extending into the valve hole to abut against the sealing padding. The sealing mechanism body further comprises a friction insulation cover. A notch is formed in the peripheral wall of the friction insulation cover. The friction insulation cover is arranged on the valve rod in a sleeving mode and located between the sealing padding and the valve rod.
