An outwardly-convex connection section connected with a flywheel casing is arranged on the outer side of the middle of the flywheel body, and an inwardly-convex boss connected with a flywheel adaptor is arranged on the inner side of the middle of the flywheel body and annularly provided with a plurality of flywheel adaptor mounting holes. The middle of the boss is provided with an annular recess portion which is annularly provided with a plurality of crankshaft bolt mounting holes. The flywheel body is thinned integrally, the thinning thickness is equal to the thickness of a connection ring which is omitted, a transmission is capable of moving towards the direction of the flywheel by a distance equal to the thickness of the connection ring, and accordingly length of a power assembly can be reduced. The novel flywheel structure has the advantages of reduction of integral weight and manufacturing cost of an engine, simple structure and convenience and quickness in assembly.
