The tool comprises a piston cylinder, a base and a pressure head, a shell of the piston cylinder can be fixed to a panel, the base is fixed to the stretching end of the piston cylinder, and the pressing head can be in contact with a base plate and is arranged on the base. Before assembling, a base mold is firstly mounted on the panel, tools for assisting in locating are arranged on the right side and the rear side of the base mold, then the base plate is placed in the base mold and is in contact with the pressing heads of the tools for assisting in locating, the piston cylinders are driven to run, the stretching ends of the piston cylinders drive the bases to move, and the pressing heads push the base plates to move leftwards and forwards and are located by pins on the front side and the rear side of the base mold. According to the tool for assisting in locating, the base plate is prevented from being pushed manually to move, and therefore labor intensity is lowered.
