The LED luminophor assembly is formed by connecting an LED lamp and a resistor. The LED luminophor assembly is internally provided with an AC-DC converter and a driving decoding chip. The LED luminophor integrates the AC-DC converter and the driving decoding chip in the LED luminophor assembly, achieving effects of integration and small voltage. The LED luminophor is simplified and united in wiring and routing, and is in an integrated structure which is easy to install on a decoration wall. The LED luminophor can achieve required decoration effect.
