Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a transfer die assembly and a transfer die moulding machine, and provides a two-plate type transfer die (80), a three-plate type transfer die (40, 40a, 40b), and a die moulding machine (20, 20a); the two-plate type and three-plate dies (40, 40a) each comprises an upper die plate (44) and a lower die plate (42); the lower die plate (42) is provided with a resin slot (50) group, and a plunger (52) is arranged in each resin slot (50); a top of the plunger is provided with a groove (54) used for keeping removed content (16) after each moulding cycle of the transfer die, so the removed content (16) can be kept on the top of the plunger so as to be easily removed; in another embodiment, a cast gate (58) is arranged on a discharge end of a groove cylinder (56) surrounding each plunger (52) so as to allow sealant directly flowing into a die cavity, thus reducing volume of the removed content, and reducing waste material.
