Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to a rope-wheel-type auto door glass lifting force test device. The test device comprises an operation panel, a display and a measurement execution box. The measurement execution box comprises an encoder, a motor and a ball screw which are connected in order. A ball screw sliding block is arranged on the ball screw. The measurement execution box also comprises a synchronous belt. Two ends of the synchronous belt are connected with synchronous idle wheels. A proximity switch is arranged between the synchronous idle wheels at two ends. The lower part of the ball screw sliding block is connected with the upper side of the synchronous belt. The upper part of the ball screw sliding block is connected with a tension sensor. The tension sensor is connected with a first steel wire rope assembly through a steel wire rope connecting piece. The lower side of the synchronous belt is connected with a second steel wire rope assembly through a steel wire rope connecting piece. The test device can collect a lifting force, a lifting displacement and lifting time of a rope-wheel-type glass lifter during the auto door glass lifting process in real time, ravels out the relation of glass lifting force and auto door structural design, and can diagnose the glass lifting system fault source caused by auto door welding deviation rapidly.
