Gravity-free dryer

The utility model provides a gravity-free air flow dryer. The gravity-free air flow dryer is characterized in that a heating jacket is arranged outside a gravity-free mixer shell and internally communicated with thermal mediums used for indirect heat transfer to provide primary heat required for drying of materials to be dried in the gravity-free dryer. The gravity-free mixer shell is internally provided with multiple high-temperature low-speed gas injection devices. The spraying gas is used for providing partial heat for the materials to be dried and discharging evaporated moisture or organic solvents carried by materials out of the exterior of the dryer. The gravity-free dryer has following beneficial effects: by full utilization of characteristics of a gravity-free mixer and dry air flow of a fluidized bed, the dryer can not only achieves the effect of drying air flow but greatly reduce air volume of hot air containing a large amount of moisture or organic solvents; and simple processes of subsequent recovery of solvents and exhaust condensation treatment help to widen current application fields of the gravity-free mixer and the air flow-drying process.
