By adopting the device, conventional washing and backwashing processes, forward-flow and counterflow acid-base liquid regeneration processes and brine regeneration processes can be performed; in the conventional washing and backwashing and regeneration processes, the liquid can enter the column body from the top, bottom or middle part of the ion exchange column (211).
