The secondary inverting control circuit of the inverter welding machine comprises a sine-wave generator circuit used for generating sine-wave signals, a first rectification filtering circuit used for providing current demand signals for a power supply master control board in the inverter welding machine, and a secondary inverting driving circuit used for providing secondary inverting driving signals for the power supply master control board in the inverter welding machine. The current demand signals and the secondary inverting driving signals are synchronously controlled, the working state of a secondary inverting IGBT module can be effectively improved, and it is ensured that zero current is approached when the IGBT module is switched on or off. Due to the fact that the current preset when the inverter welding machine works at the instant of zero passage is zero or approximately zero, heat is zero or nearly zero at the instant when the IGBT module is switched on or off, and the situations that overcurrent damages devices and loud noise is produced are avoided. The secondary inverting control circuit can improve the welding performance and reliability of the inverter welding machine and effectively lower noise. |
