A vacuum area is formed between the bandage unit and the human body. A PICC is located in the vacuum area. According to the PICC waterproof sleeve, the vacuum area is formed between the bandage unit and the human body, the PICC is located in the vacuum area, a punctured part of the human body is located in the vacuum area, and the PICC and the punctured part of the human body can not be influenced when a patient cleans the body.
