Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a lifting ligament which comprises a lifting portion and a fixing portion connected with the lifting portion. Lifting protrusions for lifting slack droopy soft tissue are distributed on the lifting portion. Fixing protrusions for fixing the fixing portion in the subcutaneous soft tissue are distributed on the fixing portion. By means of the lifting ligament, the resultant force of the lifting portion and the fixing portion on the subcutaneous soft tissue is dispersed through the lifting protrusions and the fixing protrusions of the lifting ligament, the effective stress area of the subcutaneous soft tissue is increased, and the intensity of pressure on the subcutaneous soft tissue by the lifting portion and the fixing portion is lowered greatly, so that the lifting portion and the fixing portion and a suture line for fixing the fixing portion are not prone to cutting the subcutaneous soft tissue, the lifting portion is not prone to sliding off from the subcutaneous soft tissue, and the slack droopy soft tissue of a human body is lifted, fixed and tightened effectively.
