Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:A minimally invasive surgical instrument implanted into the artificial chordae tendineae through the cardiac apex and used for repairing mitral regurgitation comprises a clamp, a catheter, a flange joint, an opening and closing pull rod, a locking push rod and a puncturing guide filament, wherein the clamp, the catheter and the flange joint are connected in sequence; the clamp is a round-head clamp and comprises a movable clamp body, a fixed clamp body and a fixed clamp body base, a bent guide hole is formed in the movable clamp body, the puncturing guide filament is fed in the axial direction of the movable clamp body and led out in the radial direction of the movable clamp body, and a radial V-shaped through groove is formed in the fixed clamp body; the puncturing guide filament can penetrate through the flange joint, the catheter, the fixed clamp body base, the bent guide hole of the movable clamp body and the radial V-shaped through groove of the fixed clamp body in sequence and penetrates out of the radial V-shaped through groove of the fixed clamp body; the locking push rod penetrates through the flange joint, the catheter and the fixed clamp body base in sequence and reaches the radial V-shaped through groove of the fixed clamp body. The minimally invasive surgical instrument is small in size and compact in structure, surgery is easy to perform, surgery time is greatly shortened, surgery efficiency and safety are improved, surgical trauma is small, safety and convenience are achieved, and a better surgical effect can be achieved.
