The device comprises the analog switch, an input power supply detection circuit, a temperature detection circuit, an on-impedance control circuit of the analog switch and an on-chip memory unit, wherein the analog switch is used for providing a low-impedance conduction path; the input power supply detection circuit is used for detecting the numerical value of an analog power supply; the temperature detection circuit is used for detecting the numerical value of the temperature of a silicon wafer junction; the on-impedance control circuit is used for supplying proper analog switch control voltage in real time to keep the conduction impedance of the analog switch constant and allow the analog switch to run stably and reliably; the on-chip memory unit is used for recording the control voltage parameter of the analog switch. The high-stability control device has the beneficial effects that the control voltage is adjusted intelligently when an environment where the analog switch is positioned varies, so that the conduction impedance of the analog switch is kept stable.
