Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a probe for online detection of inclusions in molten steel. The probe comprises a closed cavity constituted by a cover plate and a housing, an electrode insert pipe which is fixedly arranged on the cover plate and positioned in the closed cavity, and an electrode anode and an electrode cathode which are fixedly arranged on the cover plate, wherein a small hole is formed in the pipe wall of the electrode insert pipe, and one of the electrode anode and the electrode cathode is inserted in the electrode insert pipe. The design is as follows: the closed cavity constituted by the cover plate and the housing is a vacuum closed cavity and the interior of the electrode insert pipe is also in a vacuum state; and when the probe disclosed by the utility model is inserted into the molten steel, the molten steel can enter into the electrode insert pipe through the small hole very fast, an electrode is connected, then the inclusions in the molten steel passing through the small hole can produce voltage pulse and the quantity and size of the inclusions can be obtained by virtue of a pulse signal. The probe is simple in structure and convenient to use. |
