The equipment comprises a workbench on which a V-shaped bracket is arranged. The V-shaped bracket supports the spindle neck of a crankshaft. Guide rails are arranged at the two sides of the workbench, and the guide rails can slide along the workbench. A lifting flat plate is transversely arranged between the guide rails. A dial indicator is arranged above the lifting flat plate. The dial indicator is fixed to a fixed bracket which is transversely mounted between the guide rails. A dial is arranged at one end of the crankshaft. A vernier scale is arranged in a position corresponding to the dial, and the vernier scale is fixed to the workbench through a supporting frame. A circular dial and indexing vernier indication are adopted, and the guide rails, the lifting flat plate and the dial indicator on the fixed bracket are used, so that the highest point of a crank throw can be found, and the angle value of the point is read out directly. Then, crank throw angle values are read out sequentially, the phase angle of each crank throw can be worked out through addition and subtraction, and the accuracy is 0.05 degree. |
