Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a caisson type operating platform for overhead mounting and demounting of a tower crane. Two longitudinal H-shaped steel bars are welded at the tops of two shear walls of a core barrel at a certain distance, six transverse H-shaped steel bars are arranged in the middles and the outer sides of the shear walls in pairwise via additional connecting steel plates and form a main box-shaped stress frame of the operating platform with the longitudinal H-shaped steel bars, the longitudinal and transverse H-shaped steel bars on the outer sides of the shear walls and four vertical angular steel bars form an outer caisson frame respectively, and the longitudinal and transverse H-shaped steel bars in the middles of the shear walls and three vertical angle steel bars uniformly distributed form a middle caisson frame. The vertical angle steel bars of the three caisson frames form a bearing framework at the bottom along short transverse welding angle steel bars, a riffled steel plate is paved on the bearing framework, and protection reinforcing ribs and protection skirtboards are welded on the peripheries of the caisson frames to form a guardrail. Compared with erecting of a scaffold, the caisson type operating platform is labor and material saving, simple to fix, convenient to mount and demount, and high in safety performance. |
