The utility model adopts the scheme that flame retardant grade PET is taken as a base tape, and the flame retardant property of the adhesive tape is effectively improved; the fluorescent coating layer is added, the PET protective layer is arranged on the outer side of the fluorescent coating layer, the fluorescent coating layer can be effectively prevented from being damaged, the appearance requirement of the adhesive tape is met, and an adhesive tape user can be protected from fluorescer corrosion; the adhesive tape adopts a double insulating layer structure, greatly improves the insulating property of the adhesive tape, simultaneously protects the flame retardant PET base tape, and prolongs the service life of the adhesive tape.
