Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses an automatic control system for glycine alcohol-precipitating crystallization. The automatic control system is applied to the manufacturing technique of glycine alcohol-precipitating crystallization and comprises a glass lining closed type alcohol-precipitating crystallization kettle with a cooling system, a methanol feeding system and a temperature sensor, wherein a cooling tube serves as a vertical thin tube; a small methanol switch valve, a large methanol switch valve, a large cooling water switch valve, a small cooling water switch valve, a flow sensor and an in-kettle temperature sensor are interlocked and controlled by a central control system. The central control system is adopted to control the valves to be opened or closed to substitute the original manual operation in the field for ethanol valve opening and cooling water valve opening in each stage, so as to reduce manual labor intensity, avoid faults caused by manual operation factors, and lower the probability that operators are in direct contact with harmful chemical substances; the vertical tube is adopted, so that the cooling tube with fault but not all the cooling tubes can be conveniently changed, and the maintenance cost of the equipment can be lowered.
