One to two concentrated air supply devices are arranged in the equipment compartment. First air inlets and first air outlets are formed in the skirting boards. Air inlets in the concentrated air supply devices are communicated with the first air inlets in the corresponding skirting boards through air inlet channels. Exhaust openings in the concentrated air supply devices are communicated with the equipment compartment and provide cooling air for devices using the air in the equipment compartment. According to the railway vehicle equipment compartment concentrated air supply devices and the equipment compartment ventilation system, inlet air of all the devices using the air in the equipment compartment are obtained in the equipment compartment, the heat dissipation and air filtering effects are good, meanwhile, micro-positive pressure in the equipment compartment is guaranteed, the paths for sand and dust and ice and snow to enter the equipment compartment are reduced, the number of the first air inlets in the skirting boards is reduced, the manufacturing and maintenance cost is reduced, and thus vehicles can run safely in the severe environments such as high cold weather, sandstorm weather and high temperature weather.
