The utility model relates to a boiling type magnetic separator which comprises a magnetic separation device and a material boiling device, wherein the material boiling device is attached below a magnetic system of the magnetic separation device and is communicated with a discharge hopper of the magnetic separation device; after a mixed material is added into the material boiling device, powdery particle suspension is formed in a material channel under the effect of an air blower; when the suspended particles move to a second transmission belt, the magnetic materials are adsorbed to the surface of the second transmission belt under the effect of the magnetic system of the magnetic materials and move above the discharge hopper along with the second transmission belt. At the moment, the effect of the magnetic system disappears, and the magnetic materials fall into the discharge hopper along with action of gravity. Other materials are discharged by virtue of a discharge opening. Based on the existing plate type magnetic separator, the device is re-designed and auxiliary functions are added so as to expect a better separating effect, so that phenomena such as magnetic wrapping and inclusion of the ultrafine powdery magnetic materials in the separating process are avoided, thereby improving the recovery rate of minerals.
