Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses a spherical structure facilitating dislocation of telescopic denture. A spherical dislocation bead extending outside an underpinning is added on a metal rack of a telescope crown and located at the gingival end of a buccal embrasure between two teeth. The spherical structure has the advantages as follows: the direction of dislocation force is basically parallel to the dislocation channel between an inner crown and an outer crown of the telescope crown, dislocation is easy, a patient can conveniently take off or put on the telescopic denture, twisting force isn't produced on abutment teeth, the abutment teeth are effectively protected, and the service life of the telescope crown is prolonged; the spherical structure is located in the embrasure, cannot hinder movement of buccal mucosa, is free from foreign body sensation and is more comfortable; and besides, with adoption of the design of a ceramic polymer material, the structure is more attractive.
