Zusammenfassung: | A novel MOS relay provided by the utility model is characterized in that an input end is composed of an infrared LED diode, wherein the pin 1 of the input is connected with the positive pole of the infrared LED diode, and the pin 2 of the input end is connected with the negative pole of the infrared LED diode; an output end is composed of a photosensitive diode array (PDA) and a metal-oxide -semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) in which an ESD and a reverse recovery diode are integrated, wherein the positive pole of the PDA is connected with the G-pole of the MOSFET, and the negative pole of the PDA is connected with the S-pole of the MOSFET; the D-pole of the MOSFET is connected with the pin 4 and pin 6 of the output end, and the S-pole of the MOSFET is connected with the pin 5 of the output end; the above infrared LED diode, the PDA, the MOSFET, the ESD and the reverse recovery diode are all located in the same plane, the interior defined by the input end and the output end is encapsulated by the transparent or semi-transparent resin and the exterior of the input end and the output end is encapsulated by a black encapsulating material. The novel optical MOS relay of the utility model enables the antistatic capacity, a medium withstand voltage and the switching speed between the input and output to be improved, and the on-state and switching loss to be reduced substantially. |
