Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a fluid magnetizing device. The fluid magnetizing device comprises permanent magnets, magnetic collection frames, a spiral tube, a screw rod and a rotating device. The permanent magnets comprise the N-pole permanent magnet and the S-pole permanent magnet opposite to the N-pole permanent magnet. The magnetic collection frames comprise the fixed magnetic collection frame and the movable magnetic collection frame. The fixed magnetic collection frame and the movable magnetic collection frame are oppositely arranged to form a closed space. Magnetic force lines of the two permanent magnets are guided to form an N-pole closed loop and an S-pole closed loop. The spiral tube penetrates through the space formed by the attraction faces of the two magnetic poles of the permanent magnets, and fluid needing to be magnetized carries out magnetic force line cutting motion when flowing through the spiral tube. The screw rod is connected with the movable magnetic collection frame. The rotating device is connected with the screw rod. The rotating device rotates to drive the screw rod and the movable magnetic collection frame to horizontally move relative to the fixed magnetic collection frame, so that the distance between the two opposite N-pole and S-pole faces of each permanent magnet is changed, and a variable magnetic field is formed. The fluid magnetizing device is used for solving the problems that the fluid magnetizing intensity is low and the magnetic field intensity cannot be changed according to features of the fluid to be magnetized. |
